I was so excited to do this couple’s engagement photos at the walker art center. They are adorable together, and were so willing to do whatever it took (even bare the cold for me!). Check out their fun session!

I took these a long time ago, but am only now getting around to posting. Say Hi to baby Rylen. He had his first birthday party earlier this spring, at none other than the UPTOWN CAFETERIA! How cool is that?? His party was so adorable, with every detail perfected. Nice job mom and dad!

Not gonna lie – this was probably one of my all time favorite shoots I’ve ever done. Might be because I had a fabulous couple to work with, might also be because she’s a great photographer and has a super fun style, might be because of the adorable baby. To those of you who don’t know yet, we welcomed the newest addition to our family on March 28, 2012 and are so excited to introduce her to this world. Welcome little one! We are loving every minute of being new parents, and are so in love with her already. Can’t wait for all of the exciting adventures to come. Not to mention all of the play dates she will be able to have with all of her buddies born around the same time as her. What a blessing.

Here it is! The long awaited wedding that I did as the LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER last summer – I mean it’s ligit people . I was so lucky to have some wonderful assistants with me, and can’t wait for the 5 weddings I am doing this year as a lead photographer.
Naila and David’s day was spectacular. I had never witnessed a wedding with so many personal details and cultural flare. Their fingerprints were all over on this wedding day. The love and support from family and friends was so obvious on this day, which will no doubt be useful in the years to come for them. Here’s to their special day, my first wedding as a lead photographer, and many more to come!

I am SO excited to share these – probably one of my favorite (and best) sessions ever! I had the honor of photographing Callie V (a well known photographer and dear friend). I was so excited that she asked me to take her photos, but knew it would be a challenge. Even thought she loves cameras, Callie is normally behind the camera. Well, she challenged me to take her photos, and to be honest, she was just as much of a natural in front of it.

Jennie is a long time friend of mine who asked me to do photos of her and the hubby this fall. I was honored she asked me, as I know Jennie herself is a photographer and has a good eye and good taste . I couldn’t wait to do their photos after she suggested we do it on her grandparents’ farm – SO COOL! Check out these fun shots we got one lovely day in October.

Hey there! I’m still here, just been a little overwhelmed with switching jobs etc. So I really LOVED all the weddings we did this summer, especially those at the NEW VENUES!! One of our all time favorite venues has been the TWINS STADIUM – TARGET FIELD. So much fun – and oh so special as this couple got to get married at HOME PLATE. Yes, people – it was as cool as it sounds. I have SO many more weddings to blog, and I probably won’t get to all of them anytime soon, but check in occasionally to see how I’m doing.

Wow! That’s all I can say about this wedding. We had an incredible time with this couple and their wedding party. Not to mention it was a one-of-a-kind wedding with so much emotion and LOVE! I helped Callie with this one and I can honestly say it was one of my fave’s from this year. ENJOY
